Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

This easy and healthy recipe for apple cinnamon overnight oats will be your new go-to breakfast for busy mornings! Vegan, filled with fibre and absolutely delicious for the whole family! Serve cold or warm with extra cinnamon and maple syrup on top!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups oats rolled/large flake
  • 2 cups vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 apples peeled and diced

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, almond milk, maple syrup, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt in a glass container. Mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Peel apples and dice them into small bite-sized pieces.
  • Stir overnight oats and add diced apples.
  • Serve with extra cinnamon and maple syrup on top!
  • Enjoy!
