Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
This easy and healthy recipe for apple cinnamon overnight oats will be your new go-to breakfast for busy mornings! Vegan, filled with fibre and absolutely delicious for the whole family! Serve cold or warm with extra cinnamon and maple syrup on top!

- 2 cups oats rolled/large flake
- 2 cups vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 apples peeled and diced
Combine oats, almond milk, maple syrup, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt in a glass container. Mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Peel apples and dice them into small bite-sized pieces.
Stir overnight oats and add diced apples.
Serve with extra cinnamon and maple syrup on top!
