1st Birthday Smash Cake
This delicious and healthy recipe is perfect for a 1st birthday cake smash! Have peace of mind knowing your little one will have all the fun with wholesome ingredients!

- 1 cup flour regular, whole wheat or almond
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup mashed bananas about 1 1/2 bananas
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover small pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix well and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, 1/2 cup yogurt, egg and oil. Add dry ingredients and still just until everything is mixed.
Spread mixture evenly into pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Cool slightly before cutting to serve.
Top with remaining 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt and fresh blueberries!
